DoorMeter

Terms of service

Effective October 1, 2026

These terms are between you and Angel Alferez Aroca ("we") and cover the DoorMeter browser extension and DoorMeter Pro. By installing or using DoorMeter, you agree to them.

What DoorMeter is

DoorMeter estimates the rental returns of real-estate listings you view. Its numbers are estimates built from the listing and from public data, and may be wrong or out of date. DoorMeter is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Check every number with qualified professionals before you make a decision.

Your license

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use DoorMeter. A DoorMeter Pro license may be used on up to 2 browsers at a time. Don't share, resell or publish license keys, and don't try to get around the free plan's limits or the license checks.

Payments

Pro is sold through Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, taxes and receipts. Monthly subscriptions renew each month until you cancel; you can cancel any time from the customer portal. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Other websites

DoorMeter works on pages from Zillow and Redfin. We are not affiliated with them, and their terms apply to your use of their websites. If they change their pages, parts of DoorMeter may stop working until we update it.

No warranty

DoorMeter is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on DoorMeter's estimates. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for DoorMeter Pro in the 12 months before it.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using DoorMeter at any time by uninstalling it. We may end a license that breaks these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
